Summary

Double-clicking a note in the main list now toggles it open/closed. Previously clicking always opened it (or just refocused an already-open one) - there was no way to close a note from the list.
Closing mirrors the note window's own X button: content is kept, only the window goes away (close_note).
A single mouse click intentionally does nothing; keyboard activation (Enter/Space) still toggles, since it has no dblclick equivalent to mirror.
Added a CHANGELOG.md entry.

Test plan

npm run check (0 errors, 0 warnings)
npm run test (106 passed, incl. new coverage for single-click no-op / double-click toggle / keyboard activation, and the open-vs-close branching in main/+page.svelte)
Manually confirmed the original single-click version of this toggle (open closes, closed opens) in the running app; the double-click switch itself relies on the automated coverage above, not re-verified by hand
