Summary

On Linux, holding down a note window's resize handle for a while froze it solid: stuck resize cursor, totally unresponsive to further input, while other windows (main list, other notes) kept working fine.
Root cause: WebKitGTK's DMABUF-based GPU compositing renderer can hang the webview under sustained resize/repaint stress on some GPU driver stacks - reproduced on this Rockchip ARM64 board's Mesa/Panfrost driver. Note windows use transparent(true) for the frameless sticky-note look, which requires compositing, putting them squarely on the affected code path.
Fix: disable it via WEBKIT_DISABLE_DMABUF_RENDERER=1, Tauri's documented workaround for this class of bug, set in main.rs (Linux only) before GTK/WebKit initializes.
Added a CHANGELOG.md entry.

cargo build compiles cleanly
Manually confirmed: reproduced the freeze on main by holding a resize handle down; confirmed fixed both with the env var set manually and with this code change alone (no manual override) on this Rockchip ARM64 board
