Cuts release 1.1.0.

  • CHANGELOG.md: [Unreleased] → [1.1.0] - 2026-09-21, fresh empty [Unreleased] above it.
  • Version bumped 1.0.0 → 1.1.0 in package.json, package-lock.json, src-tauri/Cargo.toml, src-tauri/Cargo.lock and src-tauri/tauri.conf.json (Cargo.lock checked with cargo metadata --locked).
  • PENDING_CROSS_PLATFORM_TESTS.md emptied: the last two entries (#16 click-accurate cursor positioning, and the resize-handle/scrollbar-button overlap fix) are now verified on Linux/ARM64 as well as Windows/x86_64.
