Ajoute CHANGELOG.md (format Keep a Changelog) avec une entrée 1.0.0 résumant les fonctionnalités de base, et documente dans CLAUDE.md la convention à suivre : chaque changement utilisateur va dans [Unreleased] au sein de la même PR, et [Unreleased] devient la nouvelle version datée au moment du bump de version.

Format follows Keep a Changelog. Seeded with a 1.0.0 entry summarizing the
app's baseline feature set; CLAUDE.md now instructs that user-facing changes
get an [Unreleased] entry in the same PR that makes them, and that cutting a
release renames [Unreleased] to a dated version section alongside the
version bump commit.
